Sold participation
Wolfard & Wessels Werktuigbouw BV has sold her participation in the company Wolfard & Wessels Eefting Engineering BV (WWEE) to Noorderhaven Beheer BV in Harlingen. Noorderhaven beheer BV is owner of Tehado beheer BV, also a key player in the design and manufacturing of fuel oil separator- and boostermodules.
This marks the end of the Wolfards & Wessels BV participation, which emerged on the 14th of july this year as a result of the acquisition of Eefting Engineering BV. Various customers have been served during this short period and new orders have been awarded, which comforts the idea of saying farewell to a business unit with a healty future.
