Tube end forming

New: Expanding of DN 100 (4”), DN 125 (5”), DN 150 (6”), DN 200 (8”) and DN 250 (10”). (Wall thickness up to 8.0 mm)
Existing: For smaller diameters (<DN80 + reduced wall thickness), there is an existing technique.

Advantages:
-    50% less chance of leakage. (compared to usual welding sleeve)
-    Fast processing time = time profit.
-    At least halve the cost per connection
-    No waste.
-    Distortion (Reduction) wall thickness <0.2 mm (less than for example bending)
-    High degree of flexibility.
-    Adjustable: for example, larger diameter (approx. 0,5mm) for galvanized pipes.
-    Repair application: Global sketch of piping, prefabrication and fitted on-site.
